I immediately read the body of the text in the announcement before retracing my steps to read:

"CytoDyn is simultaneously finalizing an EUA application with the Philippine FDA with patient data from CD10 and recent eINDs for severe-to-critical patients."

Looks like NP and crew not waiting for CD12 results to plow ahead.
