John I agree with your concern regarding dilution of shares and that is my biggest concern here.
RS someday? Who knows?

I disagree with your need for more marketing. Marketing dollars don't produce anything except awareness. I think Nio is on everyones radar. A marketing blitz may produce a share price spike but I would rather see an increase in earnings create that.

I would not short Nio, not now.
