People haven't exited their last play yet imo the float is so low here these are cheapies imo. Some people dont want to wait several weeks to possibly have a huge runner. What will happen imo is lazar drops news out of nowhere and people wlnt be able to catch it. Smart money is accumulating locking down the float. These are what's left for anyone new filtering in
