They are Diluting the snot out of this stock. They are playing shell games and hiding much of it in "Preferred" stock. I suspect it will go back to the mid to low 7s.
How can you see otc x and cdel and the others ect? On my level 2 for td ameritrade I can only see bid and ask. Not which market makers are holding what and what else is out there. Please explain.
