This happened to my daughter with another company. She had sent a gift card via of the company's email. The receiving party never got the email. Turns out the receiving party had their spam filters on and the email went to their spam inbox. The fix was simple. The company alerted my daughter to tell her friend to watch for the email in her spam inbox. It appeared there when they send it out the second time. Her friend had evidently deleted the first email not knowing what it contained.
