Trading will be halted until we are trading on the NasDaq.
There will be NO opportunity to wait until the PR and then buy shares at pennies. Once we are trading on the NasDaq, shares will be available at $4 to $6.
This is how I understand it is going to happen.
This is a Conglomerate of many companies - NOT one company.

It had better be halted soon or it will be below a penny!
