Not defending the use of shares vs loans but I personally just refinanced my home and two rentals and it was the hardest, most asinine, error/effort fraught exercise of my life. "Covid" is liberally used and may well have caused disruption but if my little transaction was an indicator, using the lending market to get this $ vs. tapping the already available shares may well have saved all sorts of time and effort. I'm with you 100% that dilution is hard to accept especially given our history but it might be the quickest and best way to move us along. Every day our buildouts are done more quickly is one more revenue day for new business. :)
