Have any proof Lazar still owns those shares? He sold the company or the ticker so he does not have to file with the SEC when he sells those shares. He got them at .0001 so it’s only $1600. I don’t think $1600 is going to upset him since he made $250k from selling the shell. He probably already sold anyway. To think anyone really thinks there won’t be a reverse split because he has $1600 worth of shares is ridiculous especially when 99% chance he already sold those shares much higher
