It all sounds fishy because it is all BS to deflect from PRED's current management being at fault for the sad sac situation it is in now !!!!!!!!

I believe PRED's Ex Chairman as much as I believe the bird man...........

Look at PRED's business & financial situation and it will show why PRED is a POS Company. Remember, this Ex Chairman has made numerous comments in the past that have never materialized and never will ... When PRED is nowhere near $1.00 at years end, much less $20.00 - $35.00, will this Ex- Chairman of PRED still be spewing garbage ???????????
