Mediation could take some Time as there are many $$ at stake here. The case appears cut and dry for $TXMN but they must prove they (we) were harmed. As a long term holder from almost the start, it definitely feels like there was significant fraud perpetrated here. Hopefully that can be proven before the court! In the meantime, enjoy the ride!
