Yeah no worries there. The reason I say risky is because it’s “pink current” not sec reporting. This is good but the financials are not usually audited and the insiders only requirement to sell stock is based on total daily volume and they don’t have to report their sales until the quarterly report - by then the stocks jumped or fallen and most people have long gone 3-months later. There are other reasons but this is the main ones
