Ok I do know that when I had received them from another company, I had to wait a year and then present a letter from a lawyer
The company had to ok them becoming tradable
Even after I got the shares freed up it was hard find a company to take them so I could trade them

I do think that was one of the illegal things that CV is in trouble for
