If they set it up as an all or nothing, then yes it goes all together. It may be set up that way or it may be a couple of orders lumped together. The only way to tell is to put in an order for the 3000 shares @$1.70 and see what happens. Someone is bound to buy them sooner or later in my opinion. 10Q due tomorrow! It appears half of them have been bought already so it is not an all or nothing order!
