It's when the Auditors give the green light on this JV M&A mess, has nothing to do with the Election.
With three 10-Q's expected we are going to see some unusual volatility for all of 2021.

LB probably hitting da pipe again dreaming of a GA senate victory by the dems...He best think of a better way to raise capital and get some revenue than rest his hopes on that unlikely scenario. He's suppose to be in tight with the some peeps south of the border. W/E happens, must get current FIRST.
