Why does that even matter.

Learn how to read and understand filings.

What do we not understand about the fact that all BS around the Trade Secret crap was fully dismissed forever + the Dutro case was about $$ SECI owed Dutro for services rendered--a mere contract dispute as mentioned from day one.
