Its pretty straight forward what I mean:

Again here is the definition:

a company that obtains the rights to one or more patents in order to profit by means of licensing or litigation, rather than by producing its own goods or services.

This is 100% what VPLM did and does. They obtained the rights, got control of the patents after being passed around many times. (Like bad debt going to the lowest bidder) told everyone they were going to commence operations. Sold shares, turned around after lying and said

'No, we are not doing operations, we are simply just going to sue everyone we can with this garbage IP'

This is a Patent Troll. 100% Fact.

But they know the IP is garbage, and they know it will clog up courts for years like a big turf clogging the toilet. So they knew they could dump shares for years and line their pockets while they continue to throw this shit at every court they can. They know its crap, they have never even been able to articulate actual infringement claims, just throw baseless suits up over and over. Then they pump and dump every tiny thing they can like its a 'win' when its not, its just court due process. In the end, it always gets tossed out when it counts.

They even LOST a case costing shareholders $600k STRAIGHT from thier pockets for BREACH of fudicary responsibility! Wow

What a scam
