HoldenWalker99 - Could you expand on this a little. I thought that one of the issues was, if the structure of the Director's position - removable only for cause - was unconstitutional - can this part be carved out of HERA - or do they have to throw the whole statute out? I am not saying what you said is not correct - just asking you why you think this is the situation.

SCOTUS can invalidate HERA if they wanted to. Of course they can. They can throw the whole law out as being unconstitutional ... this is not layman black and white ...

Hi Holden - what is the path forward for the Derivative Suits?

Could the UST settle the Derivative suits while the Collins case is still being deliberated at SCTOTUS?

Can the capital raise go forward before the Derivative Suits are being settled?
