CATV a lot more than you think has to be done to convert shares its actually very hard to do sub pennys now most the people that own the notes from what is see cannot even convert until the pps is .01 because almost all the clearing firms wont clear sub penny anymore because certain SEC and FINRA regulations have caused it to be that the clearing firms have to risk substantial amounts of collateral to clear sub pennys so because there has been barely any i mean barely any dilution past year and we have had several big volume days it tells me a lot of the noteholders are waiting till $0.01
