I understand but what is your point. The only argument is the other six patents are finished therefore, first to file is a valid point. But, her opinion is ‘006 is part of the other patents that were ruled invalid. Hudnell has to show case law they aren’t.

It’s all about Amazon Google and Facebook. Do they remain in Texas or get transferred as well? Why weren’t they a part of the first six patents? This remains a piece of the puzzle for Texas imho

Indeed they are and I would like to bring up another point which seems to have been forgotten: Over the past 3 months volume/$volume has jumped and I feel there is something underlying this fact! I'm being conservative, but about $5mm has bought into VPLM over the past 3 months. Again, I don't look at the selling as that is done for many reasons. With no real news, folks have put $5mm "at risk" in VPLM on the run from $.007 to nearly $.05!!! Still strange to me and I believe there is something behind it; somebody(collectively) knows something!!! No idea what it is, but it doesn't just happen!

Again, I thought this would be dismissed; I WAS WRONG! Cool, I think this might be in VPLM's favor, as I hadn't considered this outcome in depth!

Seldom are things straight forward and what they seem @ first!!
