The Issuer issued on October 27, 2015, 100,000,000 shares of common stock to Ikkee Battle at $0.000025 per share for a partial conversion of notes payable.

As far as no new notes/ conversions in the past 2 years, he's to be commended for that as I've said many times now. As far as cleaning up the books for the audit with a clean slate ?

I'm waiting for this, imo it's easier said than done.
