Cmon, very good post but there in
lies the problem. It is like a lotto ticket but many, including myself, have much more invested than a lottery ticket. Tried to grasp the golden ring and got appropriately punished. The journey is not over but the final outcome will take much longer than many are willing to wait. If there is a tiny chance it is years away. You can't fight corruption. The BOD should have came out swinging years ago. All the " mr nice guy" law suits got us no where. This gets dragged on like I said for at least another year or two before we lose. Maybe Emil and the board should stop taking "performance bonuses" and get serious about persuing real litigation. I'm tired of patience is a virtue. Emil should have sold his shares so maybe we would have a leader that would get serious about litigation and forget about pursuing a career in pharmaceuticals. Patience is no longer wearing thin. It's gone.
