practice it if you can find a teacher. I love it. been in the martial arts for over 30 years. love Tai Chi, but Bagwazhang is the most dynamic methods I ever practiced, although I've practiced with a ChingI Chuan teacher who opened me up like a can of soup. All three are combinationally superior in my opinion. All the teachers in those styles want to learn the others. That's why they call the internal martial arts a 3 legged stool. My teacher in bagwazhang was/is John Painter from Arlington Texas. Check out his series of tapes Bagwazhang For Street Combat. Short sweet 6 tapes and very to the point. I joined his school back in 77-82, continued study in 92 time frame. He's a good teacher.
