the fact that no board member besides Brads 10k @ .84 cents last year has bought stock down at these levels speaks volumes to me. They have so much stock floating around it is hard to figure out . For instance Jennings did i think a 9 million dollar debt deal which was converted to stock in 19 . IE i think Merle did 5 million sometime too. All converted or was stock issued and have to believe it free to trade.. Upside down warrants with no expiration means crap they have no money at risk . A real purchase here by Sorrentino and or other board mems would be a call to form a battle line but until we see that you have to believe they only see risk nor reward at this stage!
