there is no mention of a R/S yea or nea, and just b/c the A/S is 300b doesn't make it so....under the requirements of the POR it was necessary to cover the payments made to the creditors over a long term period of time, giving BRTX time to generate income......i've seen many stocks with unlimited shares on the A/S it doesn't mean they will dilute to the point they have to R/S, it's whether or not they can produce to create income.....imo this post by stervc is a good example based on opinion......
