I just remembered on the way up it traded there for a while before it broke through and ran thru 9s.
Also was doing some share counting and over 200mm has traded above .008 in the last few weeks. I would not be surprised to see 7s again in the next little while but also think it very well stay above .008
I would think bid sitting anytime going forward would be a good idea. I would have no problem buying anything in this range
