Interesting take on it Day Dreamer.

Personally don't see it that way only from the perspective the terminal that would supposedly yield that profit .... doesn't exist. And there is no evidence to say the supposed $50 million profit all goes to ECSL.

But on the other side ... assuming the initial deal is completed and then the money appears to build said terminal .... sure any delays now push back the timeline to generating money.

For me, let's just see that initial deal to start with. What it costs, how is it being paid for, what is being purchased and what does it bring to ECSL investors today.

Further any terminal deal will certainly need petroleum partners and contracts for blending/supply to be viable.
