Not quite. News is news it comes out whenever PR wants it out.... It eventually will. . I ve seen similar companies drop PR either after hrs, early AM . Has nothing to do with results of study. We can only hope for good news and statistically significant data across the clinical study.

pharma stocks always get widely volatile whenever phase2 /3 study results are expected, thats why most sell b4 the news and wait for PR.
