I actually do see getting a new ticker as important. It is a sign that a company is done with its "transition" period and is a real operating entity with a specific business focus going forward.

A lot of people see "Holdings" in the name and think "unfocused mish-mash" (and they are often correct!).

TY. R17, at the top for me is DE SOS filings including but not limited to the changes to the articles of incorporation, new officers, directors, company name change, business location, new registered agent, etcetera. Truly, there is much to be done just with this aspect alone.

As someone who has been trading OTCS for over 16 years professionally; most of these create bull runs in their own right, let alone this many in succession.

I gotta believe they know how powerful these are to shareholder value and release them at impact points.
