Yes, The company looks like a complete scam !!! PRED is an embarrassment ... I am somewhat surprised that these guys associated with PRED are not extremely embarrassed about being associated with such a disaster as PRED ... well with the exception of Bradley, because who is he !!!!!!!!!!!!
