With the Covid things have been reported to
Take a lot longer.
Let's just get the wait and see mode.
Rewards will get here.
Know what we own, and do not
Let the day to day stuff get us distracted.

Here's an example. An OTC with a stop sign posted 3 Q's and an annual OTC disclosure on 12/8/20 (all very late; the annual was for 2020 which ended 6/30/20). Two days later OTC Markets took down the stop sign and replaced it with a yield sign. Why the yield sign? Probably because they are now late with their Q1 for 2021 (Q1 2021 for this OTC company ended 9/30/2020) and also they haven't filed an attorney's letter yet.

Like I said, just one example of how long it takes to "upgrade" from a stop sign once financials are disclosed.
