We would all love approval or EUA in December. More importantly Cytodyn can start to put a dent in the staggering Covid death toll.

The agencies involved, in spite of their missteps and frustrating pace, are designed to plan ahead.

CMS, with the icd10 code, has obviously acted in advance of the FDA. Nonetheless, I have no doubts that FDA action is coming soon. Maybe we can celebrate for President's day, if approval is not in time for Christmas and Hanukkah.
