Interesting artifact I found from your link that I'm not sure was previously known, plus looks like I'm going to be bored until late Jan 2021 when the CD12 results are announced which initiates a bunch of events....

Sometime in 2020 a FOIA request was registered at the FDA (#2020-2837) from "Shadyside Partners, LLC" that concerned "Requesting copies of all emergency investigational new drug (IND / EIND) files granted to CytoDyn, Inc.'s drug Leronlimab in relation to treatment of patients with COVID-19." The recorded date of the request was 04/06/20.

The request status was listed as being "Recommended Denied".

Just who are the "Shadyside Partners, LLC" ?

Can't tell from their website since it's a fairly sparse presence...Almost blank homepage with a contact form.
