You can't be serious. Its not even an SEC filing its through a service run by otc markets. A pink-only filing. And if you knew anything about trading you would understand there are only 2 explanations to the float reading as 32 mil there,, 1) its a mistake or 2) its a purposeful error. 32 million float stocks don't trade hundreds of millions of shares. My mind is blown every day by how little some traders know.
