I was wondering the same thing, and I surely hope not. They said they "don't have plans to do a reverse split. We will consider a small r/s after we up list to a higher exchange."

This was according to a tweet put out by them on Oct. 6. I'm pretty sure they know a RS at this time would not be a good thing for investors.
