He could actually get this PPS up to a decent level with a single contract PR. At that point go ahead and RS it while moving to the OTC. Or if the contract is large enough and there is a nice revenue stream shoot for a NAS listing.
I would easily go out on a limb and say they have more then 500K in assets onsite alone. Not factoring in any foundation that has been laid.
Rarely would I say a pinkchit has potential but this one does. One hit program and this baby is off to the races. I broke every rule I have and averaged down WAY more times then I would normally do. I TRULY believe all longs by 08 will be grinning ear to ear.
