Next step is the Nasdaq's OTCBB. There's no minimum PPS, but to be listed, you have to be reporting to the SEC. To be a reporting company in good standing, you have to have a reporting history of 2 years. So, Panamersa needs to get busy with auditing.

Bulldog1811 once we have audited financials over 2 years, we can move to OTCBB. Second ranking after Nasdaq. If we are in the OTCBB we are much more atractive to potential investors and the shit and manipulation is tougher.
