Tax-loss selling? Manipulating so they can close short positions perhaps? The Canadian CSE has some dirty shorting leverage, no uptick rule. Checked short data and over 20% of the volume was short in the beginning of November.

This should move soon enough after Anon is done relentlessly selling.
