Thanks, that was a very informative post. This CEO does not care one bit about us. Buying more shares is throwing away money. I think that we have been "had".

Excellent post and all true I must admit.
A couple of things don't look good at all here:
- CEO pumping his own stock, telling people to hold
- increasing OS on pumping PRs and 'buyback' progam
- blaming shorts for the decrease in PPS

The thing that makes me even more mad is "Once revenue is strong and we do our audits the game plan is to move up the OTC or Nasdaq". Nasdaq, really? This is just a little bit over the top and makes him look like a fool, no?

My guess is that we have seen more dillution over the last weeks and that is the reason for being where we are.

My average is now 0.0026. There is not much to gain from selling now; so I will hold and hope for the best, but definately not buy anything more....

Hi Les...there aren't any CashNow franchises where I live but I have called 8 of the CashNows in Canada and a person answers each one, each being a franchise owner and having different things to say about CASHNOW...but from the conversations I do know they exist. You can call them yourself,,,it doesn't take much DD to find them...411.ca Canada's business directory will give you the numbers!!

I, however, appreciate your comments and I was blinded by the company's PRs. Like I said before, I should have sold half at .0055 so I wouldn't be in the hole I am in now. Having a Toronto Transfer agent didn't phase me considering their main office was in Ontario when they started in North America.

Problem is that I have sold companies like this before only to look back at them later and find them up as much as 10,000%...I don't think anyone knows exactly when to sell and hold. If they did, everybody would have bought LFZA and would have become millionaires in two weeks. You just never know. I happen to have been unlucky with all my pinksheets.

Also, by the way, they have revenue... just look at the quarterly. They actually only had a deficit of $108,240..so yes they want to increase revenues so they can soon show a profit. Everyone who puts the stock down always says things that come across off kilter. I mean things they say can be proven wrong without much due diligence. Now, that is not to say that the company is all that great. I mean, what company has a phone system that 99% of the time is down (at least that is what it seems)? If somebody is going to say bad things about the company at least prove that you gave a little effort in examining it thoroughly. I find lots of problems with the company but usually not what anyone comes here to say anything about. Like their London (Europe) number that they post on their website...it's the damn wrong number...I spoke to the company that has that number in England and they even tried to find out the actual number for me. Don't even mention whether the franchise stores actually exist or not, if you haven't taken the time to call some of them. Complain about things that you have researched and not things that you are speculating about. Try to call their damn company number a few times and try to get through to them...it's about as difficult as taking a leisurely swim in a pool with piranha. That to me is strange for a company that depends on communication so heavily. One time somebody complained and posted once on this board that "what company takes a month to issue the results of the NOBO, it should only take a week or less?" Well, I said to him show me one company that took so short a time to get the results public? You can look and see that companies have taken from 2.5-5 weeks. But that guy was right in an odd sort of way...The company never released any NOBO results near the November 20th date, nor the the other date given after Mr. Price returned from Australia. So, if he posted now I would wholly accept his comments that there is something wrong for not releasing the information sooner. All I'm saying is that when you have misinformation it doesn't do any good for the board, even if at a later time it turns out that your concerns were worthy of noting.
