"Listen, to expect every production run to be flawless is expecting a miracle."

i expected the first attempt at production, in vietnam, to be successful...never mind "every" production run...it took them 10 freakin months to get to the second attempt!...

yea, thats right...i did expect that...i expected that after 5 years of getting into vietnam, and having all that time to get it right, they would..

its not that the attempt wasnt FLAWLESS!...its that it was such a disaster...

"For the first run of anything, there are going to definitely be hitches and glitches."

"hitches and glitches"???...they killed off their ENTIRE supply of worms with tainted food!...thats not a hitch or hiccup...thats a complete disastrous failure...

and then they didnt resupply fast enough even though they had plenty of time...they didnt get resupplied until ten months later...

"We always expect it to run right after all is planned and calibrated, but, there is something that always throws it off."

you mean like pure stupidity?...

planning it all out and having your first attempt in the off season when no one does it then?...having a first batch turn out ok and then deciding on the fly to change it up and make a huge increase in production when it wasnt planned for causing you to scramble and look for more leaves than you planned on using?...

you can plan and calibrate all you want, but stupid decisions will always "throw it off"...
