holter, I read this on another board, seems these dark pinkys have until Sept to become current. Some will imo, but not RDWD....

Once effective and in the enforcement period, OTC stocks that are not current cannot be traded; subsequently, the Company will need to have complete financials for the prior two years as well. The Rule was released in September, and published in the OCR on October 27, meaning that the effective date will be December 26, and general enforcement will begin September 26, 2021 (9 mos. following Effective Date). Enforcement of the two year history provision will begin December 26, 2022 (2 years following Effective Date).
