Based on retiring 1.2 billions shares. That should say enough I’ve seen worse penny stock around 5 cents or more like Hemp and that company is not even close as organize as BLDV. I feel you pain I’ve been here with you for over 4 years and still holding on to my shares waiting for the promise land. But this company is going on the right direction it’s different this time and I believe we can see a nickel.
Stocks don't move on fundamentals alone, price rises based on future expectations. It'll be harder with more shares, but in the OTC markets don't act efficiently. I think we see a spike to a dime. It'll only take one government license or contract to get it running.
