Maybe. Mr. Thompson did not make such a distinction (Fanne vs Freddie or both) in his statement.
I assumed he was referring to FAnnie, not Freddie, tho Freddie was stolen from shareholders the same.

I guess we will likely find out in a few months, or maybe sooner!
