Far to often they are not and for people that are long have become accustomed to NP style and when he gives a timeline I believe that he believes it is possible I’m not doubting that . However many will view it as fluff or window dressing and the SP will suffer. On the other hand I can only imagine how difficult it must be to be deal with the FDA on this approval especially when they are trying to stonewall us.
