This was an energy company that went out of business, then Michael Gelmon came along did a merger of a restaurant and made a news announcement of Marijuana lighting company and ever since then it has been sitting as a silent shell with no filings. I've been holding this since 2012. This is the best news I've heard about this stock since then. I'm hoping Synergy Management gets custodianship of this stock and brings it back to life. I'm excited to see what the future holds but so far it's looking good! Good Luck to you all!
