No True! JP Morgan analyst said FCEL was way Overvalued and has a$4.00 px/tgt on it. This was in a report when the stock was $9.00 a week or so ago.
No one has a Buy rating on it . One has a Sell while the other has a hold.
$6.50 to $7.00 is the next stop. Overshoot to $6.00 possible.
