Sometimes in OTC you just need to watch price action and understand something is happening. OTC companies rarely follow standards and are unpredictable. Simply based on the accumulation, higher highs, lower lows, and trade action, clearly something is brewing here. OTC= buy the rumors or buy the hope and sell the news. That’s how it works buddy.
