How is O/S change irrelevant?! More shares mean more hands holding. More hands holding means more hands will want out. Only so many players in the otc world && smart ones that see ss double && triple within a couple months won’t hold on long enough to let it run. The volume for a run to .001 would have to be ungodly. The volume for a run to .01?! Insane imho. Investor relations won’t respond to emails when questioned about shares being added. From experience that means dilution is no where near being done. AS to be maxed out then possible RS imho.
