One of the most entertaining concepts is that I read recently, was a comparison of DECN to a "NASDAQ stock". Since then, NASDAQ has hit record highs, while DECN nears declines in the high 70% range (some have called that an ATM), from it's highs.

As I said, an entertaining comparison!

BTW, is the September CE mark looking less likely now?

How is the keep buying in the low 20's and sell in the upper 20's "strategy" working lately?

Forget turkey, recent investors and some longs will be eating filet mignon and lobsta very soon

Heard that before. Never seen it yet!

Berman may be diluting shares like many small companies but he wouldn't be risking prison time and multiple fines and a halt on trading .

He already risked a halt on Trading. It happened remember? April. So Clearly he WOULD risk that. 100%. He Already did! Its a verifiable fact! Past tense!
AS for prison/ multiple fines... well: He already risked that as well didn't he! Remember Access Health net? T
He Got away wth it once already!
So maybe he figures he can/ will get away with it again? Hey - He may even be right, who knows? (I can't wait to find out!). There are Orange jump suits filled with people who 'wouldn't risk prison!' I think you will find,
But It is a 100% verifiable fact that with Access Healthnet, Berman DID engage in activities which COULD potentially have resulted in prison or a fine. They may not have done that time! Because he remediated to avoided conviction.
But he certainly has engaged in activities that could have risked prison. Ask the Access Health Net shareholders for their opinion on it!

unless he knows at some point he has a winner on his hands

He was "CERTAIN" he had a winner on his hands when he sued JnJ for $400-700m with the TOV patents. How did that play out? I don't know how 'certain' Berman is that he has a winner on hs hands or not. My bet is he knows he is scamming but is relying on reasonable doubt (incompetence) to make it hard to prove to the required standards of evidence.
But I am pretty CERTAIN myself that he hasn't got a winner on his hands! (and my record at calling this has been better than hIS to date!)

He may be many things but dumb is not one of them

But CROOKED is!

You have no idea of the butterball you are dealing with. berman never thinks he is going to jail or paying fines as long as he has enough plausible deniability. And, if there is one thing that he has been successful at its creating plausible deniability.

Hmmm.... Does this news inform your opinion any?
https://www.nasdaq.com/articles/sec-sues-california-biotech-company-for-misleading-investors-about-covid-19-tests-2020-12

HINT:

The SEC said all the California-based company had at the time was "a theoretical concept that had not yet materialized into a product," and that Berman's misstatements led to surges in Decision Diagnostics' stock price and trading volume.

All those breathless 'EUA any day now' speculations while Berman was still just doodling on the back of an envelope!

Decision Diagnostics did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Ya don't say! Berman finally puts a sock in it. 9 months too late! (Doesn't actually specify whether this was only after he had been Mirandized!)
