Here is what I think is happening. I brief history...

XLTD was initially CRGE

I was already in CRGE the day the merger dropped — so i saw the whole thing play out in real time.

Initially there was some confusion regarding the company merging into CRGE and also the CEO.

Eden Capital Investment Group was apparently the middle man. They had a company wanting to go public but did not have a shell. So they bought CRGE from Lazar and passed it on to XLTD.

Again, I think that is what is happening with SIPN — which means we do not know the new company yet.

We should see more filings soon.

looks like some sort or merger or something. NV SOS updated today. David Lazar is no longer President. Anthony Vaz is. name change to ExCoin Ltd
