Cort was 11/6. Given 10 days to start order. Started claims on 12/11. Dealing with the share will come afterwards. Hopefully sooner than later. Optimistic for a certificate of amendment filed Monday 12/14. Again this is all speculation. But the evidence is that when David Lazar filed amendment of 9B to cover 8.27B invalid shares he did not file the change with SEC/OTC which is why AS is still not available. We can assume he is making sure there are no valid claims against the invalid shares before canceling them otherwise why wait on updating the SEC/OTC security profile.after claims a merger can also happen anytime. Will be on lookout for certificate of designation and/ or custodial termination after we get the amendment and 8-k for the SS change.
